Which tier for which purpose

Standard covers the memo as written: the floor, the sessions, the reception, and enough of the Match App to request three named counterparties. It's the default, and it's the one that gets approved without a second question. €375 for three meetings you couldn't get by email in a year.

Premium is defensible if the Basic level of the app is needed to request more counterparties than Limited allows, or if the half-day activity puts you in a small group with a specific network's people. Small groups are where the deals get talked about; write the name of the network in the memo, not the word "activity."

Platinum is defensible if you'll hold a run of meetings and want the lounge as the venue, or if the awards night is the room where the networks on your shortlist will be. Describe it to finance as the place you'll hold the meetings you booked, not as a room where the right people happen to be.

The door price is €150 more on Standard. Put it in the memo. It's the cleanest urgency line there is, and unlike most, it's true.

Two people

If two from the program should go, it's the same memo with two rows in the cost table and the counterparties split between them. Don't double the target; split the list.
