Your AGS Rome 2026 Welcome Pack
Affiliate Grand Slam · 2 to 5 November 2026 · Fiera Roma, Rome
You asked to see the names before you decided anything about the flight. Good. That's how operators do it. Here they are, and here's what you do with them.
First, the thing you already know
Picture the buyer running the same offer as you, on the same traffic, with the same creative style, at a margin you'd struggle to believe. He isn't smarter than you. The operators you watch from a distance aren't smarter than you either. They have terms you've never been offered.
Same offer. Same traffic. Different terms.
The difference between you and him is a piece of paper you've never seen. A payout that was negotiated, not accepted. A cap that's his. Weekly wires instead of net-30 with a "processing delay." A person at the advertiser who answers his message and can move a number. None of that lives in the campaign builder. No platform update hands it to the guy who started last month, and no platform update can take it away, either.
And you know where that piece of paper gets signed. Not in Telegram. Not in a support ticket. Across a table, with the person who owns the offer. One buyer wrote, "being there is still a cheat code." Another: "Having 7 meetings locked in before you even get on the plane makes the whole trip feel different." That's the room. Everyone in this business knows the room works. The only question is whether this room has your people in it.
That's what the next page answers. It's the list.
What's in the pack
1. Who's confirmed, by vertical, with what each one does. The offer owners who can move a payout without asking anyone. The networks that set caps. The marketplaces. TikTok, Meta and Google with actual humans on the floor. Native, push, in-app and CTV traffic if you're sick of feeding the Meta auction. Payments, if your wire has ever been "delayed." One line each, sorted so you can run the five-people test in ten minutes.
2. The Affiliate Pass, and how you get the meetings. What the complimentary pass includes, how the review works, and how the Match App turns your five names into requests before you land.
3. What the paid tiers add. Every inclusion, every price, so you're not guessing at the door.
4. The five-people test and the terms conversation. One page. Five names, the number you'd want changed, what you bring. This is the page that makes the trip pay.
5. Rome, practically. Trains, shuttles, the four hotel areas, visas, what to pack.
5a. Who's on stage. The eight confirmed speakers, what they do, and which of them is worth your attention.
6. Your invitation to apply.
How it works, in order
Read the list. Pick five. Apply for the pass with proof of activity; the review takes up to 24 hours. Once you're approved, the Match App opens and you request your five. They accept or decline. Accepted requests are meetings with a time and a table.
Nobody's promising you a number of meetings. What's promised is the list, the pass and the mechanism. The rest is what you'd do anyway: pick the right people and ask for the right thing.
Why now, not "someday"
Because someday has a date now, and it's 2 to 5 November. Because the pre-Q4 CPM spike is already eating the margin you live on, and the answer to that isn't better bidding, it's better terms. Because the people you want to meet are the people everyone wants to meet, and the Match App requests that go in first are the ones that get accepted.
And because if Rome doesn't have your five people, you've spent an email address and you know. Look first. Then book.
We update this kit from time to time as confirmations, prices and event details change. This page is current as of 12 September 2026.
