The Affiliate Pass, and how the meetings get booked

AGS Rome 2026 Welcome Pack

Let's deal with the pass quickly, because it's not the point. The point is the meetings. But the pass is the door, and there's a version of this you'll like.

You qualify. Here's the definition.

AGS's rule is deliberately loose: if you promote offers or work with affiliate networks, you're an affiliate. Solo buyer or a team of six. Nutra, lead gen, ecom, apps, search arb, pay-per-call. Any platform. No monthly spend threshold, no volume commitment, no "so what are you running" at a dinner that turns out to be a sales pitch.

You've seen the other kind of complimentary pass: the one where "if the pass is free, you aren't the attendee, you're the product being delivered to the booth exhibitors." This isn't that. There's no mandatory demo schedule. You apply, they check you're active, you're in.

What you get

An approved Affiliate Pass is a Standard pass, complimentary. The ticket site's own words: "When registering through the Affiliate Pass, you automatically get a FREE Standard Pass, including access to all the events listed for that ticket."

That's:

The half-day activity, the awards night, the lounge and the meet and greets sit in the paid tiers; the next page lays them out. You don't need them for the meetings.

How to apply (four minutes)

  1. Go to tickets.affiliategrandslam.com and choose the Affiliate Pass.
  2. Upload proof of activity. A network dashboard screenshot, a tracker report, an affiliate account page with recent activity. It needs to show your account name or ID and activity in the last 30 to 60 days, unedited, under 2MB, as .jpg, .png or .pdf. It does not need to show a number you're proud of. It needs to show you're live.
  3. Submit once. Duplicate applications from the same email get auto-rejected, so don't resubmit while you wait.
  4. Review takes up to 24 hours.

Approved, you hold a Standard pass. Then the part that matters starts.

The Match App: meetings before you land

This is the mechanic that turns "I'll see who's there" into "I have seven on the calendar."

Once your pass is approved, the Match App opens for you. You search for a company or a person on the confirmed list. You send a request: who you are, what you run, the number, the one thing you want to discuss. They accept or decline. Accepted requests are meetings, with a time and a place in the venue. Before you've booked a hotel, you can know who's said yes.

Three levels, matching the three passes:

PassMatch App

PremiumBasic
PlatinumPrivileged

Higher tiers get more of the app. Limited covers a shortlist of five. Whether five accepted meetings pay for the trip depends on what you ask for in them, which is what the terms page is for.

The request that gets accepted

The people you want are the people everyone wants. An offer owner at a stand gets forty requests. Thirty-five of them say "let's connect." Yours says:

"I run [offer type] on [traffic] in [geo] at [daily conversions or spend]. I'd like to discuss [payout / cap / payment terms] and what I could commit to for a better structure. Twenty minutes?"

That's a conversation between two people who both make money on the same offer. It gets accepted. Send it the day the app opens, not the week before you fly.

The sequence, honestly

Pass first, then the app. No shortlist comes with a calendar attached before you're approved, and nobody's promising a number of accepted meetings. What's promised: the list is real, the pass is real, the app is real, and the request is yours to write. That's more than any room you've paid full price for has given you.

We update this kit from time to time as confirmations, prices and event details change. This page is current as of 12 September 2026.
